Who we are
HerAlways is a small online jewelry brand focused on one thing: necklaces that help you say what a card alone can't. We started with a simple idea. The best gifts aren't the most expensive ones, they're the ones that show you were paying attention.
Every necklace we offer comes with a personalized message card in a gift box, so the piece and the words arrive together. On each product page you can write your own message for the card, or leave it blank and we print the sample message shown in the photos.
What we offer
Our collection is small on purpose. Each design stands for something specific:
- Forever Love Necklace, a heart pendant for the woman you love
- Infinity Love Necklace, for love without an end
- Love Knot Necklace, a symbol of deep commitment
- Interlocking Hearts Necklace, two hearts joined together
- Custom Name Necklace, made with her name
Our pieces are made to order and personalized, which is why our returns policy works the way it does. Please read it before you order.
How we write our guides
Our jewelry gift guides are written and edited by Elena Marsh, who covers gift meanings and jewelry symbolism for HerAlways. They explain what different pieces and symbols traditionally mean, so you can choose a gift that says what you intend. A few things to know about them:
- The meanings we describe are traditional and widely shared, not rules. They change by culture, family and person.
- Historical notes are general summaries and are not meant as academic references.
- We sell necklaces, so we mention our own designs where they fit. When a necklace isn't the right gift, we say so.
If you spot something in a guide that looks wrong or out of date, please tell us and we'll look into it.
Orders and support
You'll find our shipping and returns information on their own pages, and answers to common questions on our FAQ. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll arrange a replacement.
