At HerAlways, each piece of jewelry is personalized and crafted especially for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photo evidence. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Order Issues

If there is an error in customization that is our responsibility, we will provide a replacement.
